For the second year, the American Society of Civil Engineers – as part of the Jordan University Chapter- organised a bridge building competition at IAA last Saturday. Five teams from five schools planned, designed and constructed a bridge that can withstand the highest load. IAA students constructed a strong bridge that held 6 kg and it was rewarding to see them stretch their engineering skills and work together to design and build a stronger bridge.
