We at IAA invest heavily to recruit only the best teachers, demanding consistent excellence and continued professional development for our faculty. This has far-reaching educational returns not only for our teachers, but for our students too, encouraging both to make the best of their abilities and to expand their horizons. Applicants must be leading professionals who are suitably qualified to teach our curriculum, while having an international mindset and appropriate experience.
I personally review all shortlisted applications and may contact qualified candidates via telephone, Skype or return email. I also arrange interview/s at major recruitment fairs (Search Associates - Melbourne, Search Associates - London, ISS - Boston and CIS - London) that we visit each year. You are encouraged to read carefully the information found on our school's web site and prepare any questions or comments you may have concerning the information contained herein in order to discuss them during these interviews.
