23 IAA students spent 10 adventurous days exploring beautiful Nepal. The experience was filled with physically and personally challenging moments of trekking and exploration, climbing up to 3200m. The elephant safari and the elephant orphanage visit stirred feelings of compassion and empathy, and finally the visit to the temples instilled in them the acceptance which we promote at IAA.
The students also visited Shree Dhaulashree Secondary School in Chhomrong to donate USD 1000 to complete the construction of two new rooms at the campus. The students returned with numerous memorable moments, valuable lessons, plenty of souvenirs and a bond within the group that will last forever!
