Move over, Stephen Hawking! IAA Grades 3, 4 and 5 showed off their scientific skills at the Annual Primary School Science Fair. Students shared their creative mastery of the scientific method following the Grand Opening ceremony, attended by proud parents and teachers. Congratulations to our Primary scientists for their outstanding work!

On Saturday, the IAA Pre-K children, parents and teachers had a picnic to celebrate Spring! They enjoyed lunch together, and the children played parachute games, had their faces painted, posed for photos in the photo booth and blew bubbles. The weather was lovely, a very relaxing way to start the week!

What a festive week we have had at IAA, with the sold-out Mary Poppins production bringing the community together with great originality and celebration! The sight of the magical Mary Poppins LITERALLY FLYING onto the stage, was surely a sight to behold! For a moment, the awe-struck spectators believed themselves to be attending a real-live, hit Broadway show! At IAA, the Drama team has continued to amaze with its ground-breaking set design, special effects, multi-media use, cast direction and performance. Bravo to all who participated in this wonderful dramatic achievement!

IAA Grade 9 students attended The Prince Hassan Bronze Award programme at the Eco-Park over the weekend! With the guidance of survival experts, the team braved the challenges of the outdoors, developing their independence, adaptability, survival skills and team work. Grade 9C, you survived AND thrived, well done!

IAA is proud to recognize our IAA Harvard Model Congress delegates, an outstanding team of Grade 10 and 11 students who attended this years conference in Madrid, Spain! IAA delegates received 4 Excellence Awards and 2 Honourable Mentions, placing them among the finest international schools around the globe. This years theme, Everyone Matters: Government Should Encompass All Voices, invited students to debate, discuss and interact with delegates from all over the world, tackling issues surrounding democracy, inclusion and 21st Century Governance. Congratulations to our Learners of Today and Leaders of Tomorrow!
