As part of Grade 1's IPC unit, "We Are What We Eat," IAA organised a trip to an olive oil factory in Um Al Basateen last week. During the trip, the students developed an appreciation of what is known as one of Jordan's most important cooking ingredient. #iaaCulturalHeritage
