The IAA Libraries held a reception yesterday introducing Dr. Mohammad Ghosheh’s Encyclopaedia Palestinnica to IAA’s Board Members, PTA and Staff. This is the most important documentary work of Palestine in 100 years with 24 large-sized volumes, making it the largest documented academic work on Palestine world-wide. Dr. Ghosheh has spent 20 years of meticulous research to gather over 7,000 pages and 30,000 drawings, images, documents and maps that tell the history of Palestine between 1516 and 1918. He then met with students from Grades 9-11, teaching them the importance of primary documents and the process of research used in creating this phenomenal collection. #iaaculturalheritage
