IAA Honours Jordan's Independence Day

The entire IAA community honoured Jordan's Independence Day with a day full of celebrations. The Secondary students kicked off the festivities with a rousing speech from special guest, His Excellency Aqel Biltaji. Immediately following Secondary students performed a variety of routines, showcasing their love for Jordan. Primary students continued the fun with an assembly that had every single student from Reception 1 - Grade 5 on stage and participating in the assembly. It was a great day for IAA.

IAA Wins First Prize in Science Competition

The National Orthodox School hosts annual competition for scientific creativity, in order to promote scientific research, enhance creative thinking, discover students’ scientific potential, and encourage them to implement their scientific skills in their daily lives and for the future.

The competition this year was among 6 schools, (Rosary Collage, Collage de La Sal, Orthodox school, Amman National School, Al Sa’adeh School and The International Academy – Amman).
IAA came first place, and the students from grade 9 (Moh’d Salameh, Waleed Ajaj and Adam Belaid) won the first prize for their project – Our waste is our fortune; Rubber in the road.
