World famous pianist and composer Zade Dirani hosted a workshop for over 430 students enrolled in schools that are part of the Madrasati programme.

Last week our Reception 1 - Grade 1 students participated in IAA's annual 'Sports Day'. This was the first time time IAA hosted a Sports Day in the new Sports Complex! It was a fun day for all!

Yesterday IAA students were exposed to over 30 professions by participating in IAA's Career Day. This event gave students the opportunity to interview leaders in various industries who gave first hand accounts of what a career in their field entails. Many thanks to all the companies who participated and supported our students!

IAA University Acceptances are In!

It is time to celebrate! US Ivy League universities sent out acceptance letters over the weekend and our Grade 12 students have earned their positions at such esteemed schools as Harvard, UPenn, Columbia, Cornell and Brown! The good news was delivered to our students at 11:00 pm on Thursday night and the IAA community has been celebrating with joy ever since! These acceptance letters join the other impressive university offers our students have received from around the world such as; McGill, Imperial College- London, Birmingham Medical School, University of Toronto, New York University, Kings College-London and the University of Edinburgh. IAA’s Class of 2012 has received a 100% acceptance rate. All 35 of our cohorts are accepted to at least one outstanding university, but with the majority of our students accepted to several schools.
