IAA students training participants from Safoot & Al-Rashid public schools on the art of debating, in preparation for the upcoming Al-Majlis Al-Arabi. The event, which is under the patronage of HRH Prince Hassan Bin Talal, gives our students the opportunity to use the Arabic language to debate and express their views.
IAA"s Grade 9-11 students taking part in the AMMUN last Friday, organised by the Amman Baccalaureate School, where the theme was "We The Peoples”.
Students drafted and debated resolutions on various topics; "Building a framework to further prevent food wastage”; "Integrating the Syrian Refugees into the European workforce with adequate latitude” and "Protecting the right to privacy through the prevention of online hacking, tracking and surveillance.”

Our first Habitat for Humanity project for the year kicked off last Saturday at Deir Alla. Our Grade 10 and 11 students were involved in building and rehabilitating homes for needy families in the area. The mission of Habitat for Humanity is to make poverty and homelessness a matter of conscience and action so that it becomes unacceptable in every nation on earth.
Join us next Friday, October 21 at IAA"s football field for a myriad of entertaining segments and games; jumping castles, face painting, balloon shaping, big slides, rock climbing, bungee trampoline, a huge maze and much more! There will be an assortment of mouth-watering food items at the food court. Enjoy our mini bazaar offering homemade products, sweets, accessories, cool T-shirts, dead sea products and more.
