A peek into our weekly morning IAA parent workshops! This week, parents met our new Primary School Mathematics Coordinator, Ms Carmel, who delivered an informative workshop on the Scope and Sequence of the Australian Mathematics Curriculum. Ms Carmel is available for meetings if there are questions about the Primary maths programme. Appointments can be made through Ms Parveen in Primary Reception. Ms Carmel has promised a hands-on workshop with parents in a few weeks, working through the scope and sequence for addition. Parent-teacher partnerships make all the difference for students.

Sunday, 17 January 2016
Service -

From Jerash in December to Ajloun in January, the IAA Community Action Service (CAS) programme has been reaching out to those in need. Community and service is an integral part of the IAA Experience. Yesterday, IAA students visited the Ein Bustan Orphanage in support of the children there, delivering warm winter coats for all. A life lived in the service of others is indeed a life well-lived. Thank you, Ein Bustan, for opening your doors to the IAA!
